SAFENEST Restoration was hired to perform the water damage assessment in the laundry room of an apartment in San Francisco.
Based on the provided assessment report, the client made the decision to proceed with our company’s service for water damage mitigation.
During the demolition stage, we’ve discovered mold on ceiling and wall structures. That required us to take additional precautions: build a containment, decontamination chamber, and use negative air pressure equipment. Also, we performed certain procedures for mold remediation.

- Build containment, decontamination chamber and negative air pressure equipment installation
- Partial demolition of damaged drywall and insulation
- Mold removal and treatment of contaminated surfaces
- Dehumidification and drying of the area

- Mold resistant coating was applied
