Straight answers about emergency response, drying, mold remediation, documentation, and reconstruction.
Yes. Call the 24/7 emergency line so the team can review the source, affected rooms, safety concerns, and current dispatch availability.
The scope can include water extraction, removal of unsalvageable materials, structural drying, dehumidification, moisture monitoring, cleaning, mold remediation, and documentation.
Timing depends on the water source, exposure time, materials affected, access, and drying progress. The team uses moisture readings to monitor the project instead of relying on a fixed number of days.
SAFENEST possesses all Licenses and Certifications required for our trade. These include California Contractor License CSLB #1084308 for General Contracting, Fire, Water and Mold restoration. SAFENEST is also an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm, NAT-F243096-1.
SAFENEST communicates directly with your insurance carrier. Our goal is to make sure you are not spending your out-of-pocket money to cover expenses. As of September 2026, we have never asked clients to pay out of pocket for emergency mitigation when they had a legitimate insurance-covered case.
Reconstruction is available only for qualifying insurance-covered projects when SAFENEST performed the mitigation. It is not offered as a standalone service, and scheduling is limited.
Call before damage spreads. We are available 24/7 for emergency guidance.
